RJ’s Welding Services began in 2006, operating out of a small welding shop. We saw an opportunity in the market to supply a highly specialised service to the food and beverage industry and worked to become the partner of choice to some of South Australia’s major suppliers in the commercial poultry, dairy, meat, chocolate and nut industries.

In the 20 years that have followed, we have steadily built the capacity, specialised machinery and skilled workforce that enables us to supply this kind of service.

Today we operate out of two locations in Adelaide – Panorama and Burton – where we employ a range of tradesmen, designers and support personnel.

We are the partner of choice for any commercial enterprise seeking specialised stainless-steel solutions. From stainless steel sheet metal and conveyors to custom-designed processing equipment, our products are built to withstand the rigorous demands of the Australian food processing environment.

Stainless Steel Construction: All fabricated components are made using food-grade stainless steel, providing resistance to corrosion, heat and chemicals.

Customisation: Designs are tailored to meet specific requirements, accommodating clients’ production capacity, product variety and workflow. Flexibility and modularity are incorporated to allow for future expansion or modifications.

Integration: New processing lines are seamlessly integrated with existing facilities and systems, including conveyors, services utilities and automation technologies. Compatibility and ease of integration are crucial for smooth operations.

Hygienic Design: The processing line incorporates hygienic design principles, including smooth surfaces, seamless welds, rounded corners and easy-to-clean features. Proper drainage systems and access points for maintenance are also integral to our designs.

Compliance and Safety: RJ’s Welding Services runs its own in-house safety system utilising SAFE 365, ensuring we meet all relevant OH&S customer requirements. We are externally audited to ensure we maintain compliance at all times. All equipment (manufactured and supplied) must comply with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
